Small group education experiences
CHS creates personalized and engaging small group education experiences using a blend of research-based approaches, a whole-child, comprehensive curriculum, and industry-recognized design principles that are inclusive of all learners.
Individualized Support
CHS class sizes are small and are led by a highly qualified and nurturing team of educators who work collaboratively to provide children with individualized support.
- Infant and toddler classrooms have up to 8 children with 3 teachers
- Preschool classrooms have up to 17 children with 3 teachers
Our low teacher-to-child ratios allow our team to get to know each child, identify their areas of strength and need, adapt learning approaches accordingly, and build their confidence in their own abilities.
Continuity of Care
Studies show that children are more successful when they have consistent caregivers. We follow a Continuity of Care model, which means children will remain with the same educators and children from their infant classroom through their older toddler classroom. They will then transition to their preschool classroom and remain with the same teachers and children until they leave CHS for kindergarten.
This provides children with a family-like atmosphere and a sense of comfort and stability, and helps form deeper connections with teachers and peers that aid in a child’s development.
Seeds to Lead professional development training
CHS educators and staff are invaluable to our mission. We are committed to providing the support, resources, and training they need to be their best in the classroom, including our Seeds to Lead professional development training and onboarding program. This ensures they are invested in our mission, fully prepared to meet a child’s needs, and well equipped to lead inside the classroom.
