Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning acknowledges systemic barriers in our communities and addresses these inequalities by providing an accessible, high-quality early education program that builds a foundation for lifelong success and fosters change within our society.

At CHS, we empower children, families, and staff as we recognize them as valued members of society and cultivate a culture of acceptance. We embrace diversity through the programming we provide, classrooms we create, and principles we promote as we acknowledge and celebrate differences, develop inclusive learning spaces, and advocate for fair and just opportunities for all.

As lifelong learners, we are committed to the continued growth and development of our staff and our programming, encouraging the same of the children and families we serve.
