Growing your career at CHS

Before each Center opens, Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning teachers and staff begin their full-time employment with our nearly year-long* paid professional development program. This program offers an innovative onboarding and professional development approach, enabling staff, including leadership, teachers, and family liaisons, to fully integrate into the CHS mission and approach. Once Centers open, professional development continues, encouraging lifelong learning and career growth.
